MEET THE TEAM
Over the past 25 years Megan Brice has worked closely with clients to create customer focused cultures and accelerate achievement of their strategic goals.
Megan is the Integrity Solutions Master Facilitator responsible for training all corporate facilitators in the Asia-Pacific region.
Megan is an industrial psychologist, NLP Practitioner, corporate hypnotherapist, key note speaker and facilitator. Before moving into the training field she specialised in psychological assessment for recruitment and development, building this business in NZ and Australia.
Megan is an accessible and service oriented leader, reflecting the values of the programmes she represents.
Bob McCarthy spent 16 years as an officer in the Irish Naval Service. During this period he served as an officer onboard many of the state Naval Ships, was a Diving Officer and, when not on sea-going duties, managed training for those at all levels of the Naval Service. He competed in the Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race in 1989/90 and has been involved in various international competitive offshore sailing events since then, both as a competitor and team-builder. In addition to his ongoing focus on business growth for his client organisations, he continues to have an active hand-on approach to building teams in the professional sports sector.
Running a major international training organization in Ireland for 12 years before moving to Australia to take a leadership role in that organization, Bob is an experienced leader, facilitator and business mentor. Driving Bob is his strong belief that improved business and personal results can only come about through attitude and behavioural change.
Bob is focused on growing Integrity Solutions throughout Australia and is developing a strong, professional and focused team to achieve this goal.
Steve Nemeth has spent over 30 years in Retail Banking including senior sales and service leadership and management roles. He has a passion for building high performing teams through the implementation and execution of proven sales/service methodology and has experienced the significant positive impact of the Integrity Solutions programmes from a client perspective.
His previous experience includes senior leadership roles including Regional Manager TSB – Northern, Area Manager Westpac – Wellington, National Employee Packages Manager and Area Sales & Service Manager at The National Bank of NZ / ANZ.
Steve has extensive experience in leadership, coaching, facilitation, business development, networking, strategy, recruitment and wider people management.
Steve grew up in sunny Nelson, has lived in Auckland for the past 25 years and has 5 children.

Joanne has an extensive history as a Manager of HR consulting teams as well as HR Management in large corporate companies. She has designed and managed a variety of strategic interventions aimed at performance improvement of both individuals and organisations. Her strength lies in quickly identifying and understanding the issues and working collaboratively to arrive at the best solutions.
As a small business owner, who has made all the textbook mistakes, she has a commercial and down to earth approach to business management as well as a deep understanding of the pressures small to medium size businesses encounter.Joanne has two young children for whom she runs a private taxi service to all their sport and dance activities.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Comp Med) and is accredited in the suite of Saville & Holdsworth psychometric assessments as well as Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Karelynne is an accomplished facilitator, coach, educator and NLP practitioner with an extensive background in business relations, educational design and delivery. Her mission is to help bring out the very best in all personnel.
She’s passionate about the positive influence of values identification on wellbeing, corporate values alignment and professional development; where personal values become a catalyst for improved communication, collaboration and change-management.
Karelynne’s specialist transformational-change strategies and community engagement for business growth, have been acknowledged for accelerated skills-development and career progression by The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) in National Financial Literacy Training.
Her expertise in rapport-building among team members is critical for cohesive relations, innovation and growing thriving organisational cultures.
Over the past 35 years, Mike Esterday has experienced a wide variety of success in sales, management and training. In his first sales position, he was the number one out of 6,000. Later he founded several successful companies in the real estate industry.
In 1985, he founded the largest distributorship for Integrity Solutions and since then has helped organisations from over 12o countries to improve sales, service and coaching skills.
As the CEO of Integrity Solutions LLC in the US, Michael and his team are available to provide strategic input, product development, programme customisation, marketing initatives and customer service to Integrity Solutions Centre customers. Michael is responsive and service-oriented, making himself available to help customers any way he can.

John has been involved in the Banking and Finance Industries in both New Zealand and Australia where he has held various Senior Management and Executive Positions and he has also been a Business Owner over his 30 year career.
John believes businesses must always focus on growth and profitability, including sales growth, sales culture, effective communication channels and business process. He actively pursues excellence in both the development of the businesses sales, operations and the development of people working within the business.
John brings a diversity from his experiences in all levels of Management across a number of industries and most latterly, has been Treasurer of a number of non profit organisations including an educational organisation in Australia.
John maintains a qualification as a Company Director and this qualification has expanded his knowledge and understanding for the need for Business Governance in an ever increasingly complicated business environment.

During his long spanning career David has used his experience and expertise to guide others to reach their goals, achieve their business outcomes and overcome any obstacle that stands between them and success. In his career David has worked with a diverse range of large, medium, corporate and smaller sized businesses with great success.
