Lynne is a commercially savvy and culturally focused executive leader with over 30 years’ career in New Zealand industry, working with leading companies – Just Life Group Ltd, Bell Tea & Coffee Company, Fonterra, Goodman Fielder and Nestle with specialist expertise in sales, marketing and innovation.​

Her track record demonstrates profitable business growth through developing clear strategies, empowering people to give their best, enabling teams to deliver, and building connection to the purpose and values of the business. ​

Lynne is now contributing to the growth aspirations of New Zealand companies in strategic planning, cultural transformation, change management, and executive mentoring within governance in New Zealand.​

She was appointed to the Just Life Group Board in July 2022, following her role as Group General Manager for Just Life Group from July 2020, and General Manager for Just Water starting in January 2019.​

She believes everything comes back to the people and strong collaboration with colleagues and customers is the path to building ‘unbreakable’ partnerships which are pivotal to sustainable business success.​

Having completed the Integrity Coaching courses, and believing in the positive impact the learnings and practice can bring to a team and their organisation, Lynne has joined the Integrity team as a facilitator.​
