OUR CERTIFICATION PROCESS
Our process is designed to fully equip participants to manage a behaviour change process in their organisation.
They are equipped with the tools and skills to help employees in their organisations grow both professionally and personally through participating and experiencing our process based learning methodologies. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a complete immersion into Integrity Solutions® processes for skill-development and behaviour change. They will be engaged from both a facilitator and participant perspective, and will get a behind-the-scenes understanding of the programme philosophies.
OUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME
Our programmes are designed to develop sales and services teams as well as their organisation’s leadership.
A Client Agreement typically precedes the certification and outlines in more detail the specific solution(s) your organisation is purchasing and the related number of participant licenses.
